there's a crack in his plastic crown

I am in Kazan', in Russia.

I have two thoughts

1. Here water is free i think, it was for the whole communist time anyway so people are used to it being free, and people waste it. So maybe now we are used to free education we waste that too.
2. There is no dot on my clustrmap where i am.
